The Committee – access to all data.
Committee Support Team – access to contact information via telephone or electronic devices only.
Club Member – entitled to all data held by the club upon request in writing to the Secretary.
Historic information. Any data held by the club, shall be up to date and relevant.
Once a member leaves the club, their data will be deleted. An annual review will
be undertaken to review the data held and any out-of-date information shall be deleted.
It is the responsibility of anyone holding information in relation to
members of the Club on a personal computer to ensure that reasonable steps
are taken to ensure that the computer is secure. This would include up to date
antivirus software and regular security scans, as well as password protection and encryption.
Data obtained, used and stored will be in accordance with GDPR regulations
and the appropriate security measure used to protect it.
Collected Personal Data
Contact data and personal information data collected enables
the Club to contact Club Members efficiently and minor medical information will
be collected to allow the Club to give correct information to relevant bodies if any incident occurs.
